Properly crimped hose assemblies are essential for in plant safety and cleanliness. We follow extensive fabrication procedures which take into account the wall thickness of the hose itself, the location of the helical support wire in the hose, and the formidable cold flow that most hoses see in their lifetime. Carefully designed processes for measuring, cutting and preparing the hose end prior to assembly ensure excellent coupling retention, a smooth (3A Approved) transition between hose tube and fitting and a crevice free outside appearance which looks good and is easy to clean. Although our crimping process is proven and repeatable we hydrostatically test each hose prior to shipment.

Sanitary triclamps are a popular choice for piping throughout the beverage manufacturing industry. Triclamps consist of two identical mating fittings secured with a clamp and gasket. This connection is simple to assemble and provides a smooth transition between all components. With a huge selection of adapters, reducers, tees, elbows and valves available designing a piping system can be very easy.

Contitech Vintner hose is the winery & brewery industry choice for a crushproof hose. It has proven to be the most reliable and popular brand for gravity flow, pressure, or suction (27"/hg) of NON-OILY edible products and fluids, such as wine, beer, and potable water. The construction of this hose unique is it is an alternative to traditional softwall or steel wire reinforced hoses. Vintner has a special polyester monofilament helix which will not corrode or rust and will tend to spring back to shape when crushed. Its chlorobutyl tube meets FDA, USDA and Sanitary 3A requirements and is not compatible with oily products, but it can be steam cleaned (open end) after use. Its smooth cover and tube prevent material and bacteria buildup. You can order Vintner hose assemblies or by the foot as bulk hose.

Tri Clover compatible fittings can be a little confusing at first.  But take a look in any commercial brewery (or dairy for that matter) and look to see what they are using to make their connections. They will almost certainly be using Tri Clover type sanitary connections. The advantage to these connectors is how easily they are cleaned and how sturdy the are. With no nooks or crannies for nasties to hide, they clean like a breeze. There are no ball-sockets like a conventional brass, plastic or stainless quick disconnect. You can see every surface that meets your precious wort. If that weren't reason enough: they don't leak. I had been using brass garden-hose type quick disconnects for years and I was always fighting sticky dripping wort getting on the rest of my brewery every batch. That slight leak would also create an air-bleed into the line that would inevitably cause my March pump to cavitate.
