ContiTech White Flexwing, formerly Goodyear, brewery hose is a traditional, white rubber, flexible hose for gravity flow, pressure, or suction of edible products (meets FDA, USDA, and Sanitary 3A requirements). It can be used for gravity flow, suction, or pressure discharge of milk, dairy products, oily edibles, potable water, beer, wine, syrup, juices, and other beverages. It will not impart taste or transfer odour and its smooth cover and tube prevent material buildup. Its cover is resistant to heat, abrasion, grease, and oils.

Carefully designed processes for measuring, cutting and preparing the hose end prior to assembly ensure excellent coupling retention, a smooth (3A Approved) transition between hose tube and fitting and a crevice free outside appearance which looks good and is easy to clean. Although our crimping process is proven and repeatable we hydrostatically test each hose prior to shipment.

Sanitary triclamps are a popular choice for piping throughout the beverage manufacturing industry. Triclamps consist of two identical mating fittings secured with a clamp and gasket. This connection is simple to assemble and provides a smooth transition between all components. With a huge selection of adapters, reducers, tees, elbows and valves available designing a piping system can be very easy.

Our 90 degree bends are the tightest radius possible on the market, remove kinked hoses. These are often necessary to get out of those tight spaces. To achieve a 90-degree bend, you must overbend the material past the desired bend angle and allow it to return to the desired shape with the spring back.

Bevel Seat Fittings assemblies provide safe cleaning and an easy assembly of lines and, as a recommendation, use a bevel seat gasket to eliminate a metal seat only connection. The 304 Hex Nut to form the union can be used for either the Bevel Seat Fitting or John Perry Fitting, but this is the ONLY Fitting that is interchangeable. These union nut assemblies with sanitary Acme threads permit easy assembly and safe fast cleaning of lines. All welds used in manufacturing are of Tungsten Inert Gas Method for true fusion of wall with no pitting or thinning. Weld end style of fittings are made to exact circularity tolerances and have true square butt ends for on site Tungsten Inert Gas Installation.
